Learning fun facts about penguins!!! Practicing their penguin waddle 🐧

This is so easy to do at home. Have your child put a ball or balloon between their legs and “waddle” like a penguin. We tan, jumped, waddled backwards. Have fun!!

Fun class with the preschoolers! Working on body awareness, following directions, and colors!!

This is a fun game you can play at home. Put different colored “leaves” (I cut leaves out of construction paper but you could use anything). Play music. Kids dance while the music is playing. Once it stops, you give them a direction…”Put your elbow on the green leaf!” They have to go find the green leaf and put their elbow on it. Then repeat bit using different parts of the body as well as different colors. The kids LOVE this game! And it’s funny when you say things like “put your nose on the orange leaf”. Enjoy!

Had a blast at the Northville Youth Network!! We focused on grattitude and it was awesome to hear why they are thankful for. They even made Kindness Rocks to give to someone they’re thankful for. ❤️

These astronauts worked hard in training today. It was nice to slow down and stretch it out.
