Phoenix Freerunning Academy is a training facility for all aspects of movement, specializing in parkour and freerunning. We offer a variety of classes, workshops and other events for both youth and adults of all skill levels (ages 5-55). We have some exciting CHANGES coming to our AUGUST schedule!
-Youth sessions will now be split between beginner AND intermediate level instruction, helping students level up and advance in their training!
-We will be offering a YOUNGSTERS PARKOUR session for ages 5-7 (ages 7 may choose youngster or youth).
-Adult classes will be earlier, now starting at 7:30pm on Weekdays!
-We will be switching our Sunday afternoon classes to SATURDAY MORNINGS!
All of these changes will go into effect starting AUGUST 1! Visit our website for our updated schedule!
