Outdoor Roller Hockey at the Livonia Rec

Today and tomorrow looks great to get out to the rink and skate. The weekend not looking very optimstic especially Sunday.

Like Sunday and Monday temps are pleasant today, but some showers could be a factor if you decide to do drop in at the rink.

If anyone plans to do roller hockey outside this week, today is the only day to do it. After that, the weather will be miserable through at least Saturday.

Looks like a nice afternoon for outdoor roller hockey today. If you have an itch to play today, come on out.

Well it is getting close to that time to get the roller hockey posts started. Though it will be mostly a wet week next week then a colder-than-normal week to end March, which will limit the games played this month...soon the days will be nicer and longer. So I will throw it out there to those whom are on this page, what are the best days and times during the week/weekend for making it out to this outdoor rink? This at least will give everyone here a general idea on what days may be good to get a consistent group of people out there. Looking forward to the new season outdoors. Cheers!

Anyone up for roller hockey at the Rec or in Allen Park on Wednesday afternoon?

Looking to get organize a roller hockey game this Wednesday. Weather looks to be excellent with temps in the 70s, dry and no humidity. Anyone reading this and would be willing to play please let me know via "liking" the post or commenting. Thanks

Weather update: Today should be dry, a tad on the warm side during the mid-day...but early evening play should be much better. There may be some PM storms on Sunday into Monday morning, then some pop up storms again Monday afternoon. Thereafter, it becomes cooler and drier Tuesday-Thursday. Roller hockey weather would be much more ideal those days at this point.

Reminder again if you are interested in playing roller hockey today, I am looking to shoot for 4:30-5pm to hopefully get a game together.

Trying to organize pick up roller hockey this Wednesday at 4:30. Weather looking good for it. Anyone able to make it out?
