The Chicago Cougars were established in 2015 and play in the USPHL Premier Midwest East division. The Cougars are based out of the Fifth Third Arena also home to the Chicago Blackhawks. The Cougars have won three straight division championships (2017-19) and have also been to 4 straight National Championships (2017-2020). Players come from all over the country.
