8a Client: College Baseball Player with injury history and flexibility limits trying to get faster.
9a Client: High School Football/Basketball Player that in addition to physical goals needs a different motivational protocol applied to get him locked in.
10a Client: 80 year old vivacious woman trying to get stronger and improve balance for line dancing, bocce ball, yoga and walking.
12p Client: 17 year old teenager battling to change his body composition while dealing with insecurity and confidence concerns stemming from weight.
1p Client: 8 Grade Baseball Player with strength endurance goals who needs guidance on proper nutrition protocol to reach muscle gain desires.
I really get to run the gamut of clients in a day & it is truly fulfilling helping each client reach their goals and overcome things they didn’t know they had to along the way!!
