New Arrival! This is Scandic Farmer Cheese (Hushållsost) from Sweden. “Hushållsost” literally means “household cheese” — one of the most common everyday cheeses in Sweden.
Tastes - Mild, Creamy, Buttery.
Texture - Soft, Smooth, Easy melting.
Best ways to eat it - Rye bread or fresh sourdough, with tomatoes and cucumbers, with grapes or apples, breakfast sandwiches, melted over potatoes.

My Favorite! Polish Ptasie Mleczko. Soft, airy marshmallow-like filling covered in chocolate… but with flavors you don’t expect! Not heavy, not overly sweet.
Blueberry Shake – creamy, fruity, light and fun (and yes… try it chilled or even frozen 😉)
Lemon – delicate citrus flavor inside rich chocolate… refreshing and elegant! Perfect with coffee, tea, sharing… or keeping hidden for yourself 😅
