We have a new addition to our gluten-free collection — lasagne from Italy, made with a blend of corn and rice flour. I know gluten-free pasta can be very hit or miss, so I thought this one was worth bringing in. 😊

McVitie’s Digestives with caramel. These are my favorites! For those who don’t know what they are — milk chocolate on top, a biscuit underneath, and a layer of soft caramel in the middle. There is something I had no idea about — the original McVitie’s Digestive biscuit goes all the way back to 1892. More than 130 years later, people still love them and so do I:)
