The Cytiva Top of Utah Marathon is the 2023 USA Track & Field-Utah Marathon Championship Race! We welcome you all to Logan, located on the edge Northern Utah.
The 25th annual running of the Cytiva Top of Utah Marathon will be September 16, 2023 with a Start/Finish on Historic Center Street.

A new 20 years...
Over the past 20 years, the Top of Utah Marathon has highlighted Blacksmith Fork Canyon but the number of runners have declined over the past 5 years. There are just SO MANY marathons these days that run downhill, and out of a canyon. While the Top of Utah HALF Marathon will continue to use the Blacksmith Fork Canyon course, beginning in 2019 we are rerouting the Full Marathon to focus on a flat and scenic course through historic Logan, Utah with a festive start and finish in Downtown Logan. The new name is the Logan City marathon and the 2019 date is Saturday, September 21st. The start will be 7:00 am and will offer a Full Marathon, a 2-Person Relay, a 10K and 5K, as well as a 1-Mile Family Fun Run.
We realize the top of the past course was a runner’s favorite, but encourage you to give this new course, venue and experience a try in 2019, we will work hard to make the morning awesome for YOU, and welcome you all to Cache Valley, located in Northern Utah.
