Some of our teens stepped out of their comfort zones tonight to help make a quilt that will be given to a local veteran at a Quilt of Valor ceremony. We are incredible grateful Fonda Rutland from Stylish Fabrics Bernina for the set up and all the work that went into tonight!

Safety Day 2027 is here!! It’s also our Grand Opening of outer new location!! Amazing sign up deals, raffle prizes, games, board breaking, first aid and Martial arts classes!! New this year, our Art contest, “What does safety mean to you”? Bring an original piece in and let’s see your creative side!

Raffles tickets given for bringing a non- perishable food item, making your bed, community service, bringing a friend to class or trying a free class! Make sure to bring in your trackers to exchange for tickets! Scanner the QR code for more information.

A little favorite game of ours. “I went to the dojo/dojang and I learned…”.

Each student adds a different technique until somebody forgets. This is the Poomsae version…the could only use techniques found in one of our forms.

Day 1 of summer camp and we covered a lot!!
1- It’s okay to try new things even if we aren’t very good at them
2- Our voice is one of our best weapons
3- Getting away is easier on our feet or in sitting guard
4- Team work can be hard but it’s important
5- Respect is just as important at home as in the school
