Next Level Strength and Fitness has SOLD!

The .strength_fitness has purchased ! The process has been long and full of emotions. We are very grateful for all the friends and family that have helped make this happen.

There’s no doubt we believe .strength_fitness is quickly becoming the best equipped facility in Cache Valley. Anything you need to improve your fitness goals is at the Garage. We know we are leaving our friends, equipment, and legacy in the best hands.

Again, thank you to everyone who has been a part of our lives the last few years. We will forever cherish the memories. We know Jamie will take care of y’all!

This SATURDAY!! Deadlift competition!

Also, open gym for anyone wanting to check our facility out! 💪

This will be more like an official competition with judges and only 3 attempts per athlete. Competitors must weigh in the night before (April 14th) and give their first attempt then! They are welcome to lift Friday night at the gym after weigh ins.

Only accepting 10 females and 10 males!

Women will start 3pm
Males will start around 4:30pm

This is not a sanctioned competition.

High School bench competition was a success! Thank you to everyone who helped out, to those who competed and those who came to support!
