After the holiday break, aikido classes have returned to Jyushinkan dojo.
Tues/Thur: 6:30 - 8:00 pm (adults all levels)
Friday: 4:00 - 5:00 pm (seniors noncombat)
Saturday: 12:00 - 1:00 pm (youth ages 7-17 all levels)
Saturday: 1:00 - 3:00 pm (adults all levels)
Beginners welcome!
REMINDER: Covid vaccine required (please also get your booster if eligible) to come on the mat. The spirit of aikido means we protect others.
Instruction emphasizes basic aikido movement principles and aikido self-defense techniques appropriate to the level of participants (beginner to advanced) in mixed ability classes, and will include basic (wooden) weapons training.

Youth classes return!
Jyushinkan classes are now open for adults and youth 12 years and older, who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Regular class schedule is the following:
Tuesday: 6:30 - 8:00 pm (adults all levels)
Thursday: 6:30 - 8:00 pm (adults all levels)
Friday: 4:00 - 5:00 pm (seniors noncombat)
Saturday: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm (youth 12 and older)
1:00 - 2:00 pm (adult beginner)
2:00 - 3:00 pm (adult intermediate/advanced)

For adult aikido students who have been vaccinated for Covid-19, aikido classes have returned to Jyushinkan dojo. Classes for youth and children (students under 16) remain suspended for now.
Saturday: 1:00 pm (adults all levels)
