🔥 LAVA OFF-SEASON CHALLENGE 🔥

School volleyball may be in season, but that doesn’t mean your development has to stop.

Director Ryan started his morning with 2 miles. Was it his fastest 2 miles? Not even close. 😂 But he got out there, put in the work, and finished it.

That is what this challenge is all about.

You don’t have to run 2 miles. You don’t have to spend hours training. You just need to make a commitment to do something every day that makes you better.

🏐 Touch a volleyball
💪 Complete a workout
🏃 Go for a run or walk
🏋️ Strength train
🎯 Work on your serving or ball control
🤝 Get together with a teammate and get some reps
⚽ Play another sport and stay active

Our challenge: Move your body for at least 20 minutes AND get some volleyball touches whenever possible.

Then show us what you’re doing!

📸 Post your workout or volleyball work, tag LAVA, and challenge a teammate to join you.

The off-season is where you build the habits that show up when the season starts.

Don’t wait until December to start getting better. Start today.

LAVA Volleyball is excited to announce that we are building a NEW LAVA Recruiting Page on our website! 🚀

This page will showcase our athletes who are interested in playing volleyball at the collegiate level and give college coaches a place to learn more about our athletes, watch their film, and connect with LAVA.

Each athlete will have the opportunity to create a professional recruiting profile featuring things like:
