Happy birthday to Cory Clark, our esteemed founder, leader, and captain who skillfully navigates us through challenges. We thank you for your unwavering commitment to the kids and the club. Wishing you a wonderful birthday celebration!

We brought a squad of hammers to Coach Cory's old stomping ground to wrestle the HWA Freestyle Duals. We came out with the K-5 Team Champions going undefeated and 5-0! All of our kids wrestled great and showed true grit and determination.

This was a great dual tournament! Thank you to The Hawkeye Wrestling Academy and for the invite and hospitality. We had a blast wrestling and cheering on our teammates! See you next year!

After two long days the 2026 Illinois Freestyle State Championship is over. It was a very tough tournament with deep brackets. All of our wrestlers put in everything they had. Some came up short, but this is not the end of the road. The goal for our high schoolers is Fargo and we're not done yet. We are proud to announce that we had 7 IL Freestyle State Champions, 4 Runner up, and 6 placers. Unfortunately we did not get many pictures of our wrestlers.

Congratulations to Allen Woo on his college commitment to Princeton! We at Cory Clark Wrestling are super proud. Allen is a great leader and role model on and off the mats for our younger wrestlers. He works hard in the wrestling room and class room. Princeton is getting themselves a heck of a student athlete. We are eager to watch the next steps of Allen's career. The future is bright!!!
