Laurington Williams — Baseball & Softball Instructor. Head of Player Development.
Laurington Williams is a dedicated baseball and softball instructor at TaylorMade Sports Academy, bringing his experience as a former collegiate baseball player to help athletes develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Laurington played collegiate baseball at Union Commonwealth University, where he gained valuable experience competing at the next level and developed a strong understanding of the commitment, discipline, and work ethic required to succeed as an athlete.
As an instructor, Laurington focuses on helping players build a strong foundation through proper fundamentals, repetition, confidence, and game-specific instruction. His goal is to take the knowledge and experience he gained as a player and pass it on to the next generation of baseball and softball athletes.
At TaylorMade Sports Academy, Laurington is committed to creating a positive training environment where athletes can work hard, learn, compete, and continue to improve.
