🥊🥋 WHAT A WEEKEND FOR TRIPLE THREAT MARTIAL ARTS! 🥋🥊

What a weekend for our Triple Threat family! Our athletes competed at two different events in two different cities — Muay Thai fights in Nashville and BJJ competition in Cincinnati!

Our fighters and competitors stepped up, faced tough opponents, pushed themselves outside their comfort zones, and represented Triple Threat with heart and determination. ❤️‍🔥

There were wins, losses, tough matches, great moments, and plenty of lessons learned. That’s what competition is all about. You don’t always get the outcome you want, but you always have an opportunity to grow.

We are incredibly proud of every single athlete who stepped on the mat or into the ring this weekend. Whether you brought home a win or came home with a lesson, you made yourself better by having the courage to compete. 👊

Now it’s time to get back to work.

Train harder. Work harder. Learn from the losses. Build on the wins. Come back stronger. 🔥

This weekend wasn’t about one person — it was about our athletes, their hard work, their dedication, and the entire Triple Threat team that supports them.
