🏀🏀Basketball🏀🏀
We are now taking applications for Basketball, for all ages 5-18 yr old the deadline for the younger league 5-8 yr olds will be October 10, 2026. We will continue taking applications for the older league until the deadline TBA.
* Fee- 1 child $50, 2 $70, 3 $80...$10 per child after 3

*Child must be 5 by August 1, 2026

*Child must still be in high school if 18

*Need proof of age, example...birth certificate, insurance card, passport, school records

*Print an application at laurellondonoptimistfoundation.org and mail it to the address on the application or office hours M-F 9:30am - 1pm Sat 10am - 2pm

* NO LATE SIGNUPS WILL BE TAKEN
