Spring/Summer RRS Run Group starts Next Sunday, March 22 ! We have an exciting schedule planned and our focus will be on the Colfax Relay, half or full marathon in May. Whether you looking for a relaxed, fun run with amazing friends or ready to dial it in for a PR, come join us to kick off your Spring training!

Run Group meeting tomorrow, Sunday 9am at the store! Looks like it might be a snowy one ;) If anything, come for the hot coffee and yummy snacks! ha!

Too much snow today and sidewalks not clear. Our next run will be next Sunday, first run of 2020!!

Join us and some friends on January 8th to celebrate a new year of fitness. We will have Brooks Running here to demo shoes and to discuss their Nightlife collection that will keep you visible for those morning and evening runs. DryMax socks will have some giveaways. PhysioRoom will also be joining us for the first time to discuss their services and how they can help you stay fit and active throughout the whole year.
