MEMORIAL DAY CLASS UPDATE 🇺🇸

Last reminder — tomorrow we’re only running our 8:00am + 9:15am classes, so make sure to book your spot ahead of time 👊

Start your Memorial Day with a hard workout, good people, and good energy instead of sleeping half the day away.

And yes… it’s LEG DAY 😅🦵🔥

See you in the morning.

Hey guys—quick heads up 🙌

We’ll be closed this Sunday for Easter.

Take the day to reset, spend time with family, and recharge. You’ve been putting in the work, and one day off isn’t going to slow you down—it’s part of the process.

We’ll be right back at it Monday, ready to go 💪

If anything, use it as a chance to come in strong the days before and after.

Enjoy the day—we’ll see you back in the gym ready to work.

28 days ago we introduced a simple change:

Track a few key lifts.
Stay consistent.
Get stronger.

Here’s what happened 👇

Members added reps
Members got stronger
Members hit firsts they’ve never done before

No guesswork.
Just structure that works.

Round 2 starts tomorrow:
Bench Press & Deadlifts

Let’s keep building.

Let’s give it up for the one and only .

If you’ve been around the gym, you definitely know him — the tall, friendly guy always grinding in the 4:45 class.

Hervie is the perfect example of what it means to be a Hardcore member. He shows up, puts in the work, and does it with a great attitude every single day. No shortcuts, no excuses — just consistency.

On top of that, he’s always welcoming to new members and brings great energy to the room.

Proud to have you in the community, Hervie. Keep crushing it. 💪

Betel came to us almost 2 years ago with very little training experience… and look at her now.

Over 100 pounds down.

But the number is only part of the story. What really stands out is her consistency. She shows up, follows the program, pushes herself every session, and is always encouraging the people around her.

That kind of attitude is what makes the whole room better.

Betel, we’re proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished so far. And we know you’re not done yet.

Everyone drop some love for her in the comments. 👏

Day 1 of our 4 week strength cycle for lower body we have Barbell Back Squats as our main movement! Morning classes killed it, establishing their baseline and pushing the limit. Great work team🙌

02/27/2026

With next month’s focus being the barbell back squat, this is the standard we’ll be looking for.

As a coaching staff, we agreed that for a squat rep to count, it needs to hit parallel or below — meaning hips at least level with the knees.

The reason is simple:
If depth changes every workout, it’s impossible to truly track progress.

Progressive overload only works when the movement stays consistent.

So this month we’re dialing things in and making sure everyone understands what a solid rep looks like.

This video breaks down exactly what we’re looking for so we’re all on the same page moving forward.

Less guessing.
Better reps.
Real strength progress.
