These Pokeball looking handles suck.
I only say that because they really had me struggling. Had a nice little full body workout with

Nobodyโs perfect.
We canโt ask ourselves to be. All we can ask is that we are true to ourselves and give our maximum effort everyday. We are not robots so some days we just go through the motions, as long as you put your best foot forward everyday youโre on the right path. You have to give whatever you have left in the tank! Everyone gets tired and anyone can make an excuse but itโs up to you to tough it out and find a way. Only you can control your effort level. How disciplined are you? What are your goals and how do you plan on achieving them?

How it started vs how itโs going
Yes they are the same picture
The only thing that changes is the fact that the weights got heavier.
If you find yourself saying things like โitโs easier if I do it this wayโ then youโre probably doing something wrong. Thereโs a bunch of things you can switch up in a workout to make it more challenging. Always put new stress on your body. It should never get easier you should just get stronger๐ช๐พ
