Hi there & welcome to Dynamic Fitness! Dynamic Fitness was created by, personal trainer and fitness instructor, Dianna Falzarano. She currently teaches at Pure Barre Manhasset, Core + Co Lagree Fitness, and has her own personal training business, Dynamic Fitness. Dianna has been an athlete all of her life and before pursuing a career in fitness, she worked in the NYC corporate world for 3 years. After having a feeling that this wasn’t a lifelong plan for her, she immediately decided it was time to make a change. Dianna truly believes teaching fitness, training clients, and coaching others to lead a healthy lifestyle is a calling of hers. She’s here to teach you how to move better, smarter, and feel stronger while doing it.
