Quick “heavy lifting” tips:
Pick a weight you can control (not impress people with) within the range of 8-10 reps.
Master the basics, including proper form.
Show up consistently 2–3x/week.
Add a little more weight in small increments when it feels right.
No rush. No comparison.
Just you getting stronger on YOUR terms. 💅🏽
