Our locally renowned 200-hour teacher training program is now available for enrollment for the Spring 2022 session!
Lead faculty Alex Roberts from February 3- April 10, our Spring 2022 session last 10 weeks and will meet in Fullerton Saturday’s and Long Beach Sunday’s from 12:30P - 7:30P with option to attend in-person or via Zoom. Thursday sessions are all virtual via Zoom from 6:30PM - 9:30PM.

Dive into the art of arm balancing and inversions with Danny Strain!
He will show you how to work through exercises that build strength and activate the muscles necessary for you to successfully and safely get into your arm balance and inversion postures.
