CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR STUDENT OF THE MONTH ... MISTER CHASE✨💚 HERE IS A COMMENT FROM HIS NOMINATOR!
" I am nominating Chase because he demonstrates an extraordinary ability to balance his dedication to dance with exceptional academic achievement, community leadership, and advocacy. At just 12 years old, he continues to pursue excellence both on and off the stage—training and performing while excelling in college-level coursework and serving as a passionate disability rights advocate. His discipline, perseverance, and commitment to making a positive impact inspire those around him. Chase has recently achieved several remarkable milestones. In June, he performed at the prestigious Carnegie Hall in New York with his choir, the Long Beach Youth Chorus. Before his trip, he completed his first dual enrollment course at Long Beach City College, earning an A. At just 12 years old, he is already enrolled in two additional college courses this summer. Beyond his academic and musical accomplishments, Chase is a passionate disability rights advocate. In July, his leadership and advocacy were recognized with awards from Councilwoman Mary Zendejas and Congressman Robert Garcia. He is set to receive another award next week at the Disabled Resource Center’s 50th anniversary gala held at the Grand."
