🏆🥋 Celebrating Our Power of One Students of the Month! ❤️🖤

Greatness doesn’t always look the same. Sometimes it’s shown through kindness and compassion, and other times through quiet determination and consistent effort. This month, we’re celebrating two students who remind us what being a champion in life is all about!

🌟 REMI – Under 9 Student of the Month!

Remi brings HEART to the mats! ❤️ She trains with respect, kindness, and a wonderful attitude that positively impacts those around her. She’s a great reminder that being a strong martial artist isn’t just about what you can do, but how you treat others along the way!

🌟 ADAM – Ages 10+ Student of the Month!

Adam may be quiet, but his effort speaks LOUDLY! 💪 His perseverance, determination, and consistently positive attitude demonstrate that leadership doesn’t always require a loud voice. Sometimes the strongest example is simply showing up, working hard, and refusing to give up!

👏 Congratulations, Remi and Adam! We’re incredibly proud of the people you’re becoming, both on and off the mats.

Champions aren’t just measured by their skills, but by their character, effort, and the positive impact they have on others.

Let’s give these two amazing students some LOVE in the comments! 🎉🙌 Help us cheer them on as they continue their martial arts journeys!

🥋 Happy Birthday, Mr. Strahan! 🎉

From beginning his own martial arts journey as a young child to now helping lead the Power of One team, Mr. Strahan is a powerful example of what a lifetime of training, growth and perseverance can create.

He doesn’t just teach martial arts, he leads by example, encouraging his students to believe in themselves, embrace challenges and approach life with a growth mindset and a GO ONE MORE attitude.

Over the years, his leadership and dedication have positively influenced countless students, instructors and families at Power of One. The lessons he teaches today will continue showing up in the lives of his students for years to come.

Happy Birthday, Mr. Strahan! Thank you for continuing to lead, grow, inspire and GO ONE MORE! 🥋🔥

As parents we forget how many character traits we are instilling in our children every day! There is nothing stronger than the power of consistency! In business, in sport, in relationships! Teaching your kids consistency with no excuses is not easy, but the rewards are worth it! 👊☝️

🥋 Another group of new beginnings!

Congratulations to our newest students who earned their white belts this week and officially began their Power of One journey! 👊☝️

Parents, that white belt may look simple today, but it represents the beginning of something much bigger.

With every class, we’re planting seeds of confidence, focus, discipline, resilience, and self-defense. Skills that will strengthen how children handle challenges at school, at home, and throughout life.

Keep showing up. Keep encouraging them. Keep watering those seeds. 🌱

We can’t wait for you to see who they grow along the way! 🥋💪
