When doing Halloween makeup, we all focus on the best ways to make it last and stay put—but what about when it comes to taking it off? :0

This test really proved that Garnier USA micellar water really is miss good ol reliable ! I was able to take off my whole face using only one pad. Gentle and efficient—she is THAT girl. 🙂‍↕️💅🏽
