✨Tutorial Tuesday✨ Basic climb Edition

Steps:
-tip toes, grip high
-same leg as the hand that’s on top come up high
-place the pole in between the shin bone and start of your calf muscle, inside of the knee where calf and hamstring meet squeezes the pole
-keep b***y low and bring other leg up to meet, foot in front
-squeeze knees, pull torso back out and up, chest to hands
-regrip hands high
-lift both knees up
-use back ankle to push your legs to start grip position
-inchworm your way back down: b***y to heels, squeeze and slide legs down, hands to chest level, repeat

Level 2s putting in WORK. Basic conditioning plus more advanced options in there for polers who are ready. With smaller class sizes I cater to the level of who shows up.

Intro-brand new babes all are welcome!
To get to:
Lvl 1 - one basic climb & knee tuck to prep for invert
Lvl 2 - basic climb to top unassisted, invert unassisted

There’s a bit more to it but I discuss expectations in class and help you unlock each next step. Even my level 1s come back to intro for conditioning and refining the fundamentals because….say it with me….fundamentals are FUN! 😃🤗
