Hi everyone! I’m taking over Tutorial Tuesday this week. We are learning piston hips! We go over two different ways to think of movement and how to protect our backs!

Time for another Tut-Tut!
It’s been a while but it’s back and we are kicking it off with leg waves. Even the name of the movement makes it seem like the only thing we should be worried about is the leg BUT to make this movement smooth and fluid, the whole body needs to go to work.
