Your warm-up routine is the single most underrated part of any workout, and a great way to start your day. Foam rolling restores tissue quality, resistance bands wake up sleeping muscles, & bodyweight movements open stiff joints. Dialing in focus & preparation before the first working set means every rep counts from the moment you begin. Injury & prevention starts with recognizing that cold muscles and unprepared joints are always at greater risk. Rhythmic breathing & oxygen delivery built during warm-up keeps fatigue from setting in too quickly! Wake up, stretch it out for a few minutes, and start your day with a little less tension! 💪🏽
