Client Services team at Frankly manages the site launch process, delivers on-site training and provides ongoing account management and strategic support.

The role of the Client Services Team is to provide front-line day to day support for Frankly clients. Our clients can rely on their Client Services Manager for fast responses to their questions and to be an accessible resource for Producer training, content publishing guidance and best practice consultation.
