Starting August 4th and continuing for four Tuesdays (August 4, 11, 18, and 25), Master Mike is teaching Ki Gong Meditation for adults. 10 am to 11 am. This course is $75 for the four class course. Wear comfortable clothing. Call 315-717-1380 to sign up and for more information.
