This moon goes deep to unearth what you want hidden. An uncomfortable moon. It illuminates the psyche and the deepest self that may even carry your fear, anger, and vulnerability. Scorpio is the sign of inner alchemy transformation. It holds power in transition, endings, intimacy, trust and rebirth.

Why is this moon today especially painful?

Mercury (the mind and communication) is conjunct Chiron in Aries (the wound of the Self). What hurts most wants healed most.

Full moons are release points. Emotion is high.

It was damn hard work and I know I have a way to go, but I'm no longer in the major danger zone. I lost weight and built a ton of muscle. I brought down the daily blood sugar and fasting numbers.

How? Self Discipline, grace, and HUMOR.

Some non negotiables:

⭐️ Weight lift and cardio 3 days a week
⭐️ Check blood sugar 4-5 times a day
⭐️ Stay under 50 grams of carbohydrates per DAY
⭐️ Eliminate snacking between meals
⭐️ Fasting overnight 14-16 hours
⭐️ Prioritize sleep 7-9 hours a night
⭐️ Decrease stress - had to say NO to a lot 😪
⭐️ Berberine 2x Day
⭐️ Blood tests every 3-6 months
⭐️ Eliminate 95% of sugar - it's hidden in everything
⭐️ 8-10K Steps per day
⭐️ Read a lot of books by Dr Jason Fung

Was I always motivated? Absolutely not.

Changing up patterns, behaviors, and lifestyle is hard and TAKES TIME ⏳️

I HAD to do A LOT of internal work, I had to stop lying to myself, I had to accept my genetics and family history. I couldn't hide anymore, I couldn't ignore it anymore. Perimenopause kicked the diabetes into high gear, it is a metabolic disease. Some days I didn't want to show up and I gave myself patience and grace, backed off, and showed up the next day.

But with CONSISTENCY I reversed it. The power of choice is potent. You can do anything when you put your mind to it and everything falls into alignment.

Here we are, the Libra Full Moon.

Libra wants balance and harmony, it's the advocate of social justice and equality.

If you're feeling the outrage of the current unjust and undemocratic actions of the US government, you're in step with this full moon.

I'm not going to get into it, but the hypocrisy is real, like so real it's not a joke anymore.

Underestimating how far this administration will go to not only destroy you, your family, your job, your money, your safety, your security, and this world is beyond comprehension. The future looks very bleak for recovery.

Hate to be a downer friends, but I'm a realist. I'm an earth sign and this is what I do is plan and observe. I also closely watch the stars and just by understanding the basic patterns of what's happening in astrology right now gives indication that it will get a lot worse before it ever gets better.

Those that have supported the complete destruction of this country, of its people, of our constitution, its on you. Those that fight to do and say nothing, it's on you too. Thank goodness for judges and lawyers right now (Libra ruled) as they are the ONLY ones holding up the constitution and reversing the majority of his unconstitutional executive orders!

April's astrology is all Aries Fire with a side of air in Aquarius and Gemini.

What does air do to fire? It feeds the flames.

We're about to see some of the biggest destruction we've ever witnessed in our lifetimes. Hold tight to your family, friends, and community because you will need each other.

Libra is relationships. Some will come to an end by the end of April. Some may just begin. 💥
