I just returned from an incredible weekend teaching my annual seminar for the Black Hills MBC Group in Rapid City, SD. Hosted by Certified Instructors Al Rieman and Linn Evans and Associate Instructor Ben Geary, this outstanding event drew MBCers from all over the country for two days of high-speed training and a bonus advanced skills/instructor workshop. We covered lots of MBC and CBC material and enjoyed the camaraderie and spirit of family that can only be found in the MBC community. I'd like to express my sincere thanks to Al , Linn, and Ben and everyone who participated for making it a truly unforgettable experience!!!

I just returned from teaching at Pacific Blades XI in Redondo Beach, CA. Hosted by Certified Instructor Uli Gebhard, this outstanding event has been one of the highlights of my seminar schedule for more than a decade, and this year's seminar was perhaps the best yet. Conducted at Master Bobby Vargas' Quest Tae Kwon Do school, this advanced skills workshop drew veteran MBCers from all over California, as well as Arizona, Oregon, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, and even Germany. Thanks to the high caliber of the participants, we were able to explore the deeper principles of all 43 MBC "Speed Stop" applications, the CBC system, earning your draw, and even "CBC for CCW"--CBC skills integrated with contact-distance handgun tactics. I am incredibly grateful to Uli and Tanya Gebhard and their family, David and Julia Mayo, Bobby Vargas, and all the MBC instructors and practitioners who participated! I was also thrilled to recognize MBC's newest Affiliate Instructors, Nele Hoffmeister and Michie Wong!

Thank you all for an unforgettable experience!!!
