I'd also like to give special thanks to my favorite female veteran, my beautiful wife Sally, who continues to serve all our veterans and their families through her dedicated efforts at the American Legion.

Since January 2017, I’ve been honored to write the “Defensive Edge” column in every issue of the USCCA’s Concealed Carry magazine. Starting with my most recent article, we’re once again featuring parallel video content. This one focuses on solo knife training.

I just returned from an incredible weekend teaching my annual seminar for the Black Hills MBC Group in Rapid City, SD. Hosted by Certified Instructors Al Rieman and Linn Evans and Associate Instructor Ben Geary, this outstanding event drew MBCers from all over the country for two days of high-speed training and a bonus advanced skills/instructor workshop. We covered lots of MBC and CBC material and enjoyed the camaraderie and spirit of family that can only be found in the MBC community. I'd like to express my sincere thanks to Al , Linn, and Ben and everyone who participated for making it a truly unforgettable experience!!!
