Round two with Kate of ADAPT Training & Pilates is almost here. Meet Noel Wallace!

Here is a little bit about Noel:
“I am Noel

I was born and raised here in Longmont, CO (I know we are a rare breed). Growing up I was always involved in sports; I started gymnastics before I could even remember and continued through middle school. In middle school and High school, I started doing everything from track, tennis, skiing, cheerleading, and of course, being from Colorado, lots of hiking (yes that includes 14ers). I found climbing only after I went to CU. I mostly did indoor bouldering. I had done some ropes when I was younger but, with a fear of heights, bouldering was a little bit more accommodating. But when I found my boyfriend he really got me into bouldering outdoors!

After college I lived in Italy for a year and a half. My mom is from Italy, so I was able to stay with family. That was 2019 – 2020 so I got to see the full hit of Covid (dang it feels like a fever dream now). But living over there I fell in LOVE with the Dolomites. Don’t get me wrong I love the Rocky Mountains, but the Dolomites have my heart. While living there, I hiked and traveled as much as possible. I honestly believe that traveling by yourself, just in general, is one of the best ways to learn - it is so insanelt eye opening and rewarding. Just stay curious! I think curiosity didn’t kill the cat but maybe it gave the cat a few memorable scars.

One passion is being outdoors and the other is beer. I work in AR Accounting for Left Hand Brewing. I also work behind the bar occasionally so come say hi! I absolutely love where I work. The beer is great and the people are better! Left Hand is always trying to find a way to give back to the community.

One thing that I am doing this year that Left Hand has a Team for is Bike MS. They have raised over $9 million since 2008 to try to find a cure for MS and this year I want to help by riding over 100 miles in support!

Other hobbies: I am a big metal head, love denver sports, and I love plants (my office is full of them)!”
