Say hi to our 4-Star Senior Instructor and Horse Development Specialist, Nita Jo Rush.

In 1995, the Parelli program captured her heart after returning to horses from a few successful yet frustrating years competing in NRHA reining. The combination of horses and a natural, empowering way to develop partnerships with them proved intoxicating. She was accepted into the Parelli instructors' program in 1997, left her "real" job as a psychologist in 2000, and hasn't looked back since.

After living in Minnesota for 42 years, she returned to her home state of Colorado in 2019. She teaches and trains wherever you are in northern and central Colorado, having taught at the Parelli campus in Pagosa Springs, in Costa Rica, the U.K., and east and west Africa. Currently, she's offering private, semi-private lessons, and coaching.

I have moved to Colorado, to Boulder County! Boulder is my hometown and I am happy to be back and am looking forward to reconnecting with Parelli students and friends here, as well as meeting many more! I am available for lessons and workshops wherever you are!
