Hope all the moms had a wonderful Mother's Day yesterday. 💐

We celebrated a little differently this year — by teaching women how to protect themselves.

Because here's something nobody talks about:

Most women's self-defense classes actually set you up to fail.

They teach you one technique.
You feel empowered in the moment.

Then you try it on someone who isn't cooperating — and it doesn't work.

And suddenly you feel less capable than before you started.

That's not a you problem. That's a teaching problem.

We don't teach techniques.

We teach you to move, breathe, and respond — so your body knows what to do without your brain freezing first.

One of our students recently told me her husband wanted to "test" what she learned in class.

He grabbed her in the kitchen.

She started moving the way we practiced. She almost tore his arm out of his shoulder socket, knocked him into the kitchen table, and onto the floor.

"How'd that feel?"
"Great. So I'm back for more."

That's what one class can do.
