📣 Spring Hill Youth Cheer – Parent Expectations for the 2026 Season 💙🖤

As we begin an exciting cheer season, we want to take a moment to share the standards and expectations we have for everyone involved in our program.

Our goal is to provide a positive, encouraging, and safe environment where every cheerleader can learn, grow, and build confidence. To make that possible, we expect all parents, athletes, coaches, and volunteers to treat one another with kindness, respect, and good sportsmanship at all times.

Our Expectations:
💙 Respect all coaches, volunteers, athletes, officials, and fellow parents.
🖤 Encourage all cheerleaders—not just your own.
💙 Address concerns respectfully and privately with coaches, never during practice, games, or in front of athletes.
🖤 Help us model the behavior we expect our cheerleaders to demonstrate.

Zero Tolerance Policy
Spring Hill Youth Cheer has a zero tolerance policy for disrespectful behavior, including but not limited to:

Harassing, threatening, or bullying coaches, parents, or athletes.
Gossip, drama, or negative comments that create a toxic environment.
Unsportsmanlike conduct at practices, games, events, or on social media.
Confrontational or disruptive behavior toward coaches or volunteers.

Any behavior that violates these expectations may result in disciplinary action, including removal from practices, games, or dismissal from the program, depending on the severity of the situation.

We are committed to creating a program where every child feels supported, valued, and excited to be a Panther. Thank you for partnering with us to make this season one filled with teamwork, respect, and lasting memories.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing campers, parents, high school cheerleaders, coaches, and volunteers for making our 1st annual Spring Hill Youth Cheer Camp such a fun and memorable day!

We loved seeing so many smiling faces, positive attitudes, and Panther spirit. The girls worked hard, learned new skills, built confidence, and had so much fun cheering together.

Thank you to our high school cheerleaders for being such wonderful role models and sharing your love of cheer with the next generation. We couldn’t have done it without you!
