Our training program is designed to improve overall strength, endurance, power, agility, accuracy, balance, flexibility, coordination, and stamina. Each workout is individualized for you within a small group setting. Our coaches are fully committed to teaching, guiding, and encouraging you throughout the entire process. Parents of BOYS for Teen Camp. This coming Thursday’s Teen Camp will be from 12-1 instead of 3:30. Tuesday will be normal!

It’s a GOOD FRIDAY on the BEST FRIDAY to open registration for our 2026 TEEN CAMP at The Training Method-Longview!!!
Registration opens TOMORROW! $50 is due at time of registration to secure their spot! Limited spots for both Teen Girls and Teen Boys Camps!
Details:
Teen Girls Monday/Wednesday starting June 15th (6 weeks) 3:30-4:30pm
Teen Boys Tuesday/Thursday starting June 16th (6 weeks) 3:30-4:30pm
Cost: $275 ($50 due at registration to secure their spot) **as always, we will prorate for vacation
Ages: incoming 6th grade and up!
