We hit a Milestone of 300 check ins today! 300 hard workouts, 300 early mornings, 300 crunches, pretty sure there’s been over 300 burpees but you get the point 😂

🔥 CG Games is excited to introduce a NEW Partners Division at Finals 2023! For the first time ever, anyone can team up with their workout buddy, training partner, or best friend to compete on the ultimate stage.

The best part? You’re not required to have competed in Prelims to sign up! The Partners Division open to everyone and we are excited for more Athletes to experience the magic of CG Games. This is our biggest event of the year with food, vendors, and fun for all!

Building consistency can be difficult. We often find ourselves in new routines, facing down busy schedules, and struggle to find the balance of it all. Some days are a battle to show up to a workout. Other days we have to fight to even finish one.

Whatever season you're in - continue to show up. For your workout buddy, for those that look up to you, for your community, for yourself. On the days we feel like it and the days we don't (but let's respect those rest days, too!).

Starting today, it's time to SHOW UP - NO MATTER WHAT
