Tomorrow September 10th, we are turning our passion for movement into a force for mental health. One of our incredible clients has launched a local NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health) chapter right here in our area, and they are kicking things off with a community fundraiser.

🤩Join us at Panera Bread in Longview for dinner, a quick treat or a coffee to support a wonderful cause.

👫👭Bring your friends, your family or wonderful movement buddies. Let’s pack the house and support NAMI Longview and celebrate a new chapter of wellness and support in our community.

💚 25% of proceeds from sells will be donated directly to the local chapter to help fund crucial mental health resources and support programs in our immediate community.

A very special friend of the studio, Stephanie Fears, was involved in a tragic accident along with members of her family.

Sadly, Stephanie’s husband lost his life as a result of the accident. Stephanie and her son, Braden, remain hospitalized as they continue their recovery journey.

During this incredibly difficult time, we want to come together as a community to support the Fears family with love, prayers, and practical assistance. If you are able, please consider supporting their family through the link below.

Pilates isn’t a job, but a gift. 🤍

Getting to teach movement, strength, confidence, and healing is something I never take for granted… but getting to teach my momma? That’s extra special. Today we even showed up dressed alike without planning it, which made me smile even more. ❤️🤍💙

Pilates has given me so much more than a career — it’s given me connection, purpose, and moments like these that I’ll treasure forever. Watching the people you love grow stronger and healthier is one of life’s sweetest blessings.

Grateful for every client, every class, and especially for the chance to share this journey with my momma. ✨
