A very special friend of the studio, Stephanie Fears, was involved in a tragic accident along with members of her family.

Sadly, Stephanie’s husband lost his life as a result of the accident. Stephanie and her son, Braden, remain hospitalized as they continue their recovery journey.

During this incredibly difficult time, we want to come together as a community to support the Fears family with love, prayers, and practical assistance. If you are able, please consider supporting their family through the link below.

Getting to teach movement, strength, confidence, and healing is something I never take for granted… but getting to teach my momma? That’s extra special. Today we even showed up dressed alike without planning it, which made me smile even more. ❤️🤍💙

Pilates has given me so much more than a career — it’s given me connection, purpose, and moments like these that I’ll treasure forever. Watching the people you love grow stronger and healthier is one of life’s sweetest blessings.

Grateful for every client, every class, and especially for the chance to share this journey with my momma. ✨
