Like many of you, we’ve spent the last several weeks trying to process the Nippon tragedy. It’s still hard to believe, and there really aren’t words that can make sense of it.

One thing we knew was that we wanted to show our support so we decided to direct our efforts specifically to the Ammons family during this incredibly difficult time.

Our connection to the Ammons family goes back many years. Rae went to school with Jared, and years later Jared signed his kids up as some of the very first members of GW Athletic Facility. That early support meant the world to us, and we’ve always enjoyed working with their family.

With Mackenzie preparing to welcome their new baby boy, we wanted to find a way to give back and show our support.

This Friday from 5:00–6:30 PM, we will be hosting a Basketball Clinic for Grades 3–8. The cost is $25 (cash only), and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Ammons family.

If you have a child in grades 3–8, we’d love to have them join us. Come support a local family, honor Jared’s memory, and get better at the game in the process.

Thank you for helping us rally around the Ammons family during this time. ❤️
