Our hearts have been heavy this past week.

In the wake of the tragedy at Nippon, Body Rock wants to do what we can to support the families who are facing the unimaginable right now.

Tonight's classes will be donation-based, and every dollar collected will go directly to the families of the victims. If you're already on a membership or have classes purchased, you're welcome to drop a cash donation in our sparkly bucket instead.

Tonight's lineup (for all levels!):

6pm Buti Yoga (cardio)
7pm Stretching

No amount is too small. If you've been thinking about coming to class, tonight is a beautiful night to move your body, be with your community, and help support our neighbors.
