With the extreme heat this week and more expected next week, we’ve decided to push the start of our All-Sport Strength, Speed & Agility Workouts back to the week of September 14th.

These workouts are open to ALL athletes, not just baseball and softball players! No matter the sport, Coach Bauer will focus on building strength, speed and agility to help your athlete perform at a higher level. Your athlete will benefit so much from these workouts.

Only $10 per workout.

More information on days and times for each age group coming soon. We will have 7-9, 10-12 and 13 & up age groups.

Big shoutout to Braxton Robling for representing our 7U Southern Indiana Sharks at the USSSA Ohio Valley Showcase!

Way to go, Braxton! We love seeing our Sharks get out there, compete and represent our program well.

We want to give a shout out to Drayvin Nossett for representing the Sharks in the Ohio Valley Showcase at Elizabethtown Sport Park in Kentucky this weekend. Dray puts in the work and the sky's the limit for this kiddo. Off-season workouts start soon and we know we will see Dray multiple times a week!!!

Our off-season program will be unmatched if your player is willing to put in the work. Go Sharks!!!
