With girls flag football continuing to explode across California and the nation, this is a great opportunity for teams to compete, develop, and have fun in a fast-paced 5v5 format.

Highlights for Fall 2025:
* Competitive play for all divisions, K–8th grade

* Girls divisions (3rd–5th & 6th–8th) are really taking off be part of the momentum!

* NEW THIS SEASON: We’re partnering with Metrix by G6 to host a Girls-Only Combine during the season. Your daughters will participate in professional-style testing (40-yard dash, shuttle, vertical jump, etc.), receiving measurable stats that showcase their athletic ability.

* This combine is more than just numbers it’s a chance for our girls to start building exposure. Women’s flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, with more than 20 NAIA programs already recruitingand the NCAA recognizing it as an emerging sport.

* Fun, safe, and fast-paced environment where athletes grow on and off the field

* Games on Sunday mornings, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
