Women’s Beginner Jiu-Jitsu starts August 1st. We’d love to have you on the mats at FIERCE 🥋

Week 1 = OFFICIALLY IN THE BOOKS 🥋🔥

These kids showed up ready to learn how to be FIERCE — inside and out 💪

This week we talked bullies vs. warriors, using your voice, boundaries, and having each other’s backs. And on the mat? They learned how to escape a headlock like an absolute boss 😤🙌

Watching these kids grow in confidence (and skill!) all week has been the best part of our summer so far. Can’t wait for Week 2!
