Love youth sports and community management? SYC is looking for a Sport Operations Coordinator to support front office operations and help our sport programs run smoothly!

What you’ll do:

📋 Lead registration, scheduling & team setup in our registration platform
🤝 Serve as the primary front office liaison for commissioners, coaches & parents
💳 Process program expenses, monitor budgets, pay vendors/referees
🔒 Coordinate coach onboarding, member experience, and event support

You need a phone—and one honest story about the experience that stayed with you.

Eligible current and former SYC athletes can compete for more than $2,000 in scholarships and prizes—but the most powerful entries will not necessarily be the most polished.

A teammate who became a leader.
A player who overcame a challenge.
Someone whose coach, team, or SYC experience helped shape who they are today.

Eligible rising high school juniors, seniors, and college students can submit a short video sharing what SYC has meant to them for a chance to earn scholarships and prizes.
