KickHouse Stay Tuned ... The KickHouse concept was born in 2020 at the intersection of franchising, fitness and doing what’s right. There is fight in this family.

In our ongoing effort to bring you the best kickboxing experience in Los Alamitos, our beloved studio will be transitioning to a totally new, modern kickboxing concept called KickHouse! Birthed during the COVID-19 pandemic, KickHouse has resilience in its DNA and perseverance as a critical differentiator. We know changes don’t come easily so we don’t give up easily. The KickHouse fam is passionate about constant improvement so if you’re ready to make changes, we’re ready for you. All of the KickHouse workouts are rooted in kickboxing with additional fitness flare in each class type. Whatever class you take, you’ll leave KickHouse feeling empowered, confident and ready to take on the world!

"June has always been my favorite month.
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
Between celebrating my birthday 🎉, pride month 🌈, and the sweet hum of warm summer nights, I find myself excited about the start of a new year, a new beginning, and a new way of reinventing myself.

I am so humbled to be a part of this amazing community.

This beautiful studio has truly become my second home. It is easily my favorite place to sweat out the highs, lows, and in-betweens of the week. I am so grateful to share this space with the fiercest folks on the planet and to have built and continue to build beautiful friendships that will certainly last a lifetime.

I am thankful I am able to show up as myself every day. Black&Femme&Queer 🏴🏳️‍🌈

While I’m 50lbs lighter than when I started, a mound of muscle stronger, and continuing to heal my relationship with food I am so proud of this journey."
