At some point in 2025 I truly felt like I changed a lot… it worried me because I thought maybe all the stress and work meant I was losing myself a little. But slowly I’m realising that I’ve kept the most important parts of my personality.. and adapted other parts that fit my life more now than they did before. Growing older truly means you start to protect your own peace and focus on yourself better… for a second there I just thought I didn’t care as much as I did before, but it actually meant I started caring about MYSELF more. 💕✨ Less than 2 months left of 2025 🥲 let’s goooo 🥳

Lift & WOD Saturday chaos 🥲 Everything programmed today was guaranteed to get the gym in the worst shape 😅✨ It just made today’s reset session that much more satisfying 🧼🧹 With the extra gym space now, cleaning has legit taken over my life 🥲 Been doing LOADS of research on the best cleaning machines to buy that work well for gym floors.. so if you have any recommendations, please leave them in the comments 🙏🏻

Thankfully I have my BSc. In Maths and Statistics as back up 🤪 The funny thing is barely a handful of people believed I’d make anything out of my weightlifting career… and more people were concerned about how “manly” I’m gonna end up looking 🥲 My silly little weights got me on the Olympic platform, and my silly little videos on instagram of me lifting them became my full time job, and made me enough to buy a gym and start my own business… silly me ☺️✨

I always believed in the long goal ❤️‍🔥 It was scary, of course, starting “life” so late… but I truly believed in investing all my energy into my lifting career, and always believed it would give me the best foundation for the rest of my life ☺️ This shift from full time athlete to running a business has been such a beautiful journey (& such a humbling one too) ; excited to see what the rest of my 30’s bring ✨
