Had the honor of hosting a Pilates is for Everybody Session today for Westchester SC. 1st Annual Women's Wellness Day💓 Met some beautiful souls and look forward to seeing them on the Mat.

Fusion Mat Pilates Class is canceled Tomorrow Oct 31st and the following week. Nov 7th.
Class will return Nov 14th and will run through Dec 19th.
Come move your body and get a few giggles along the way.

Just a note to remind you that there will be no Fusion Mat Pilates Class today and next week. We will resume class on Tuesday, July 11th.

We will still have class at Westchester Recreation Center, but will we be moving to a different building for the summer. Details coming soon.
