If you miss our wellness events or would like to join us, we're excited to announce we will resume activities in January 2023!

We will be introducing new practitioners to our community, as well as more modalities such as Hypnosis, Reiki, Soundbath, Breathwork, Somatic Dance, and much more!

Our mission is to bring more wellness, fun, and mindfulness to our community.
