Hot Wheels ALC Cycling Team

We are a group of 40 amateur cyclists who ride our bikes from SF to LA during 7 days in June to raise money for an event called AIDS/Lifecycle.

Many of you have asked if it’s still possible to order one of the (gorgeous) 2025 Hot Wheels jerseys - and you now can at the link in our bio! But act fast - the store closes on August 10th!

Side note: while it’s only been a couple of months since we finished the final - it has felt like far too long since we’ve seen the beautiful roadies and riders of Team Hot Wheels. We’re scheming around ways to reunite our community in the coming year - and expect to hear some ideas soon! (And in the meantime we welcome any ideas from HW alumni - you can share via Instagram, on our WhatsApp group, or one of the far too many group chats we’ve started over the years 😂😘)

Meet Evan! “I’m so excited for my second ALC with Hot Wheels. My first year (last year) showed me that when you bring together passionate folks with a shared mission and a crazy initiative to achieve it, magical things happen. I’m so grateful to ride for HIV/AIDS research and lifesaving treatment at a time when it is more needed than ever. I’m riding for all the folks who didn’t make it to see how our community thrives despite the pressure and obstacles continually put in our path. Let’s go ALC 2025!!”

Meet , our amazing Hometown Hero! Winnie had to sit this last 545 out due to the blessing of her new son, but still was able to secure an excellent donation on her behalf! But@once a hottie, always a hottie! We are grateful for Winnie’s participation and support through the years! We will miss you this year lady!

ALC has been my life for 10 years! 5 as a rider, 2 as a fundraiser and this year marks my 3rd as a roadie. It’s also my 5th year as one of the Captains of Hot Wheels. I’m very proud to be part of this team and ALC. This is going to be a very special year!
