Today is birthday and he's designed a workout based on his new age (28 years young 😜). Either try the workout as is or alter the reps based on your age. Although you're pushing for a fast time....DON'T SACRIFICE PROPER TECHNIQUE!!!
Happy Tuesday everyone!!! Today we have a 10 minute AMRAP Cardio Finisher after a weights session (today was Shoulder day for me):
- 10 Box Jumps
- 10 Burpees
- 20 Medicine Ball Russian Twists (10 reps each side)
Smash those exercises out and do as many reps as you can in 10 minutes (chop and change pieces of equipment as long as you're doing those exercises 😃)

If you wanna stay match fit during this off season (😩 bring rugby back in the US), this is the one for you!!
Objective --- Complete each set as quickly as possible and utlise the remaining amount of time as your rest (eg. If it is a 4 min block and you complete 400m run in 1:30 mins, you have 2:30 mins of rest). This workout provides you with enough rest to work at top speed during the set but short enough to keep that heart rate elevated (if you feel it is too easy, cut rest time by 30secs - 1 minute). Get in that work guys!!!
