Congratulations to Amy Cantwell for completing the Leicestershire Chase The Sun - 5k & 10k Series 10k race on 8th June.
Amy already had a great base fitness when it came to running and came to me 4 weeks ago for a plan to help her get ready for this event. We managed to work a bespoke program around her busy family and work life and her dedication to getting her runs in was second to none. After a well deserved rest, the next goal is the Robin Hood Half Marathon in Nottingham at the end of September!
Well done Amy, you really earned that medal!
